I cannot see the GoZone WiFi signal.

There are several reasons why you may not see the GoZone WiFi signal. 

1. Our radio senses when there is a good connection to the Internet. If the Internet connection is lost, then our equipment will stop broadcasting the signal. Please check that your Internet connection is working.

2. The GoZone WiFi radio may be unplugged. Check the connections on the GoZone WiFi equipment to make sure it is plugged into your Internet router and plugged in to a working power outlet.

3. You could be out of range. The signal will travel limited distances. Try to check for the signal while you are very close to the GoZone WiFi equipment (the white box).

4. The equipment may be damaged. Send an email to support@gozonewifi.com and we can dispatch an engineer to your location to replace the equipment.
